The Sun Country Quilt Guild will hold a Friendship Tea at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 27 at the Veterans Memorial Hall, 735 Oak St., in Red Bluff.
Enjoy some cookies and tea or coffee. Bring your favorite tea cup and some of your favorite tea to share.
This meeting is free to all who would like to attend and see what the group has to offer. Come meet new people and enjoy an evening of friendship and games. Meet the new officers, committee chairpersons and hear what is planned for 2020. Bring your quilting projects for show and tell.
This is the start of the guild’s new year, so those interested may join the quilt guild for an annual membership of $30.
Sun Country Quilters will be having a Spring Garden Quilt Tour on May 9. There will be six home gardens adorned with quilts, a boutique, bake sale, raffle baskets and refreshments. Ticket sales start this month.
